It may sound cliché, but it’s true – the IES team is more like a family – one that has grown a great deal since IES got its start in 1963. Throughout the years, we have continued to prioritize relationships - both externally, with our partners and customers, and internally - facilitating collaboration.  And while we work together as a team and support each other like a family, we also appreciate the value and contributions of each individual. As a result, we are truly humbled by the loyalty and dedication of all those that have chosen to serve with IES for decades – many for more than 20, 30, and even 40 years!
