Snap Signal devices from Banner include in-line converters, adapters, and filters that enable seamless integration between devices and across protocols so the machines and systems you rely on can connect and communicate.
Designed to connect directly to a sensor or indicator, begin operating immediately, and fit seamlessly into your factory applications, the new Snap Signal products from Banner Engineering make IIoT easy.
The simple, plug-and-play protocol conversion bridges dissimilar sensors, devices, and networks. The ability to connect previously incompatible device types unlocks communication and data - enabling process improvements, facilitating condition monitoring, and providing better overall visibility into your Smart Factory.

The compact and robust DXMR90 is the newest addition to Banner's Snap Signal product family. It combines signals from connected machine sensors and outputs comprehensive data for:
S15C IN-LINE CONVERTERS S15C converters take various types of signals including discrete, analog, and RTD, and transform them to smart protocols like IO-Link or Modbus. Features such as industry-standard M12 connectors, compact IP67 housing, minimal configuration, and optional mounting accessories make integrating these products into your control system infrastructure simple. Let Snap Signal converters be your first step in your path to full system integration. R45C IN-LINE T-CONVERTER: DISCRETE TO SERIAL The R45C in-line T-converter allows for any discrete device to be used as a pick-to-light sensor in your existing PICK-IQ network. The R45C has two user-configurable I/O points that can function as PNP/NPN inputs or outputs. This allows a product such as the PVD array sensor to be easily adapted into your PICK-IQ network.
S15F IN-LINE FILTERS The S15F in-line filters suppress transient voltage or filter out electrical noise between a device and a controller, improving signal integrity and reducing false-triggers. Three available models include a voltage suppressor, a low-impedance filter, and a high-impedance filter.
S15F IN-LINE ADAPTERS The S15A in-line adapters redirect wiring to match specific device pinouts. Five different adapters allow for the following options: black to white bidirectionally, black to gray one-way, white to gray one-way, white open, and brown open. Applications for the adapter include matching outputs to inputs and isolating select signals. Installation is fast, and it creates a more reliable connection than a field-wired solution. Custom options are available.
